Back by popular demand, The High Council of Witches will be throwing their 2nd Annual Witches Ball and they have made it in to an entire weekend event. NOW AT SPOOKY EMPIRE 2022!!!!
The weekend will include a HUGE Immersive Party and Interactive Show on Friday night with our Gothic DJ, the Necromancer and a Halloween/Samhain Ritual with High Priestess, Magical Michelle Orwick with her Dark Fae Court, A Saturday night Halloween Cabaret, A Sunday Matinee Show of Saturday's Song, Lower Prices, a Costume Contest, More Interaction, Photo Ops and Vendors!!! So dress up in your favorite gothic, witch, vampire, werewolf Halloween attire and join us for this celebration of the supernatural.

Friday Vendors will set up on Thursday, October 20, 2022. Times for set up will be will be determined closer to the event. All vendors MUST be completely set up by 12pm on Friday, October 21. There will be no exceptions to this. Doors will open at 1pm. So, please plan accordingly. Spooky Empire Guests will be able to access our Vendor room all day on Friday for FREE.
You will breakdown your booths right after the WItches Ball on Friday night, October 21, 2022. You will be able to start breaking down around 11:30pm. Please plan accordingly.
We can supply power, we just need to know who needs it so we can reserve a spot for power for you. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, theming, lighting, etc during the evening hours for their space. Each space will be for a 10 x 10 booth. Power is limited, so it will be first come first serve.
Please create a booth that looks like a spooky Halloweentown storefront. It will add to the excitement and immersive experience we are going for. We'll have a cash prize for the winner of the most creative booth.
We are asking that you build a faux front to your booth to represent a Halloweentown style store front. We'll send examples, once you have signed up. These are simple and easy to install.
Here is a more complex idea for a facade front, however it does not have to be 3D. Don't feel intimidated, be creative and have fun. Think mausoleum, rickety bayou store, Tim Burton style store front, cave entrances, haunted forest arch, etc. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vRaIQbnbRR8
Payments will be final, once you have submitted your form. Your space will be non refundable. Please make sure you are aware of this before submitting this form with final payment. If you do need to cancel for any reason, after purchasing, your payment will be credited to use at one of our other events in the future. Thank you.
This is for Retail and Craft Vendors ONLY.These booths are10 x 10 foot spaces. You are responsible for bringing your own tables and other items. Set up time will begin Thursday, October 20, 2022. All booths must be set up by 12:00 PM on Friday, October 21st at the latest. All sales are final. No refunds once you sign up. Please make note of this before you submit this agreement with your payment. As there are no refunds once you have submitted.
