We are very excited for our inaugural Urban ShamanFest on November 11th - 13th, 2022 

We are seeking all types of vendors that specialize in Metaphysical Goods and Spiritual Items.  

This is a weekend of healing workshops, healthy foods, music and rejuvenation.

Vendors will set up on Friday, November 11th from 3pm - 6pm.  All vendors MUST be completely set up by 6pm.  There will be no exceptions to this.  So, please plan accordingly. 

We can supply limited power, we just need to know who needs it so we can reserve a spot for power for you.  Vendors are responsible for their own tents, lighting, etc for their space.  Each space will be for a 10 x 10 booth.  Power is limited, so it will be first come first serve.  

Your booths will stay set up through the weekend and can be taken down after 12pm on Sunday, Novmeber 13th.  You are welcome to store your items in your booths over the weekend.  We will have onsite security.  However, that is left up to you.  We will not be responsible for any loss.  

Payments will be final, once you have submitted your form.  Your space will be non refundable. Please make sure you are aware of this before submitting this form with final payment. If you do need to cancel for any reason, after purchasing, your payment will be credited to use at one of our other events in the future.  Thank you.

  • These booths are10 x 10 foot spaces. You are responsible for bringing your own tables and other items.

    Set up time will begin at 3:00 PM. All booths must be set up by 6:00 PM on Friday, November 11th at the latest.

    You are required to be there until 12PM on Sunday, without breaking down early. Please make note of this before you submit this agreement with your payment. As there are no refunds once you have submitted.
