We are very excited for our Inaugural Urban Shaman MusicFest on Saturday, April 16, 2022
We are seeking all types of vendors.
This is an all day music-fest with vendors, food, music, rejuvenation and fun.
Vendors will be set up on Saturday, April 16, 2022 from 8am - 10am. All vendors MUST be completely set up by 10am. There will be no exceptions to this. So, please plan accordingly.
We can supply limited power, we just need to know who needs it so we can reserve a spot for power for you. Vendors are responsible for their own tents, lighting, etc for their space. Each space will be for a 10 x 10 booth. Power is limited, so it will be first come first serve.
Your booths will stay set up through the entire event and can be taken down after 9pm. Though we will be supplying security for the day, We will not be responsible for any loss.
Payments will be final, once you have submitted your form. Your space will be non-refundable. Please make sure you are aware of this before submitting this form with final payment. If you do need to cancel for any reason, after purchasing, your payment will be credited to use at one of our other events in the future. Thank you.

These booths are10 x 10 foot spaces. You are responsible for bringing your own tables and other items. Set up time will begin at 8am. All booths must be set up by 10am on Saturday, April 16, 2022. You are required to be there until the end of the event, which should be around 9pm. Please make note of this before you submit this agreement with your payment. As there are no refunds once you have submitted.
